Beginning where Hostel ended, Paxton (Jay Hernandez) is roused on a train. He is subsequently questioned by authorities. Shortly afterwards, the detective reveals himself as an Elite Hunting client and eviscerates Paxton. Moments later, Paxton awakens from this nightmare, in bed alongside his girlfriend Stephanie (Jordan Ladd), who after pleading with him to report his friends' deaths, discovers his decapitated body in the morning.
